Are mail order brides illegal?

I’ve been intrested in marrying a foreign women cause I think they treat men better and have better personalities then American women, but I’m not sure if its legal or not. I’m especially intrested in Brazilian and Philipino.

some of them are better, others are oly better so they can get in the country, then devorce you and take all your money.
