Singaporean single trip travel document to the Philippines.?

I am a Singaporean holding a single trip travel document in lieu of a passport to the Philippines…am I allowed to enter the country without being repariated

The policy is no passport, no entry. But, if your travel document is considered and equivalent of a passport (I have no idea, you didn’t give enough details), immigration here might honor it. Our laws allow “passports and documents in the nature of passports”, but you might want to contact the Singaporean embassy in the Philippines or the Philippine Bureau of Immigration just to be sure. Also, if they say you can enter without your passport, get written proof, preferably with signatures. Sometimes, policies that are well understood by the bosses do not translate very well to the people on the field.
